The 2005 Void Warning Notices for delinquent Franchise Tax have been printed and distributed to Delaware Registered Agents. If you receive a Void Warning Notice and do not respond by March 1, 2006 your corporation will be declared Void for failure to pay franchise tax in accordance with Title 8, Section 510 of the Delaware Code. Please contact the Franchise Tax Department with any questions concerning this matter at 302/739-3073 and select option 3. (September 1, 2005)
