- Delaware Division of Corporations Publishes List of Void/Cancelled Entities - - The 2008 Void/Cancelled Proclamation is now
available on CD for a fee of $50.00. Please contact Franchise Tax at

- 22nd ANNUAL ESPC - October 2008 - The ESPC Meeting Minutes should be available by the middle of November. You may download the Training Manuals from the classes that were given at the Conference listed below:
- IMMEDIATE TAX INCREASE IN EFFECT
House Bills 519 and 520 were passed June 30, 2008. This new legislation has increased taxes as shown below:
- Alternative entity taxes increased from $200 to $250
- Domestic Corporations taxes increased as follows: 1-5,000 shares = $75; 5,001-10,000 shares = $150; each additional 10,000 shares = $75
- Foreign Annual Report filing fee from $60 to $100
This legislation is effective January 1, 2008. If you are filing a document that requires a 2008 tax payment please contact the Franchise Tax Section at 302-739-3073 or by email at Dosdoc_Ftax@state.de.us before filing a report or paying the taxes.
