The Delaware Division of Corporations provides a service that allows the ability to electronically submit a business entity document for filing or a certificate request.

IMPORTANT: This service is for submission only of business entity filings or certificate/document requests. This service does not provide for direct online filing or retrieval of business entity documents and certificates. The service does not calculate fees.  If you need information regarding fees, please refer to our fee schedule, or contact our office for further assistance.  Please Note: The fees required for the request will not be charged to the credit card/ACH account upon submission. When the order is processed, the charges will be applied. An invoice will be sent with the completed request.


This service is available Monday thru Thursday from 7:45am to 11:59pm (EST) and on Friday from 7:45am to 10:30pm (EST). This service is not available during weekends, State holidays and unexpected closures of the Division of Corporations.

Users may have the Submitter Information pre-populated on the Document Filing and Certificate Request form by creating a My eCorp account. Once the My eCorp account has been created, contact the Technical Support Section at or at (302)857-4626 to link your My eCorp account with your Division of Corporations submitter account number.
