This application is available between 8:00 am and 11:45 pm Eastern Time daily. Web-based Tax filings are processed immediately. You may print an acknowledgment copy (this needs to be printed while in session). Once you have printed your acknowledgment copy, you may also chose to have a PDF copy sent via email.

Application help via phone will be available Monday – Friday (excluding State holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. In order to expedite your inquiry, please review the following to determine the proper area of contact.

  • If you have questions concerning franchise tax please contact the Franchise Tax Department at 302-739-3073 and select option 3.
  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the web application, please contact Technical Support at (302) 857-4626.
  • If you have questions regarding your corporation or the electronic filing of your Annual Report, please contact your Registered Agent.
