- Division of Corporations Receives W.L. Gore Award of Excellence 02/09/09
- New Secretary of State Appointed - Secretary of State Jeffrey W. Bullock was approved and sworn in by the Delaware Senate on the evening of January 21, 2009. All certificates printed by the Delaware Division of Corporations after January 21, 2009 will bear the signature of the new Delaware Secretary of State, Jeffrey W. Bullock. (01/22/09)
