- The Franchise Tax due date was extended until 11:45 pm, Friday, March 4, 2011. Any corporation which did not file its 2010 Annual Franchise Tax Report and paid tax and fees due, was assessed a penalty of $125 on March 5, 2011. (03/03/11)
